Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Sudoku mobile application ("App") operated by Kyusung Lee ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our").
By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

All content, design, and code in the App are the intellectual property of the Developer or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
The App may display advertisements served by Google AdMob. These ads help support the continued development of the App. By using the App, you consent to the display of such advertisements.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
The App integrates third-party services (Firebase, Google AdMob). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
